Silicon Valley Adult ADHD Sign-Up

We hope to soon return to our pre-COVID face-to-face meetings here in Silicon Valley (Palo Alto). Until then, we are holding:

For about 20 years, I have organized ADHD-related events, discussion groups, and lectures in Palo Alto, California. I’ve done this as a volunteer for CHADD, serving as the coordinator for Silicon Valley CHADD.

Who am I?  Please visit About Gina Pera

People travel from throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond to these free, drop-in, open-to-the-public meetings.

This is the best Adult ADHD group in the world! Are we exaggerating? Come see for yourself. New folks always welcome.

As far as I know, mine is the only group for the partners of adults with ADHD—and has been for 15 years.

If you’d like to be notified/reminded of meetings and events, please join the notification list (linked above). E-mail is extremely minimal but important for last-minute changes (seldom happens but just to be on the safe side). It comes via Constant Contact.

Two Monthly Meetings in Palo Alto

There are two monthly meetings (we hope to return to a pre-COVID schedule soon):

  1. Adults with ADHD (loved ones are welcome to attend and listen); Third Wednesdays, 7:30-9:30 pm
  2. Partners of Adults with ADHD (solely the partners of adults with ADHD but sometimes the “partners of” also have ADHD and they are welcome, too); Second Tuesdays, 7:30-9:30 pm

Partners of Adults with ADHD Online

Please note: The ADHD Partner group requires a different sign-up.

Online support group for the partners of adults with ADHD

This is hosted at the platform.

It is not a chat room. Rather, it is e-mail based, and I encourage using an anonymous e-mail address (advised) to protect privacy—yours and that of the adult with ADHD in your life.

The group conversation conforms to your schedule. Send an e-mail and go about your business. Come back and read the responses.

Choose to receive individual e-mails or the daily and weekly digests—or read at the site. Search the archives for key topics. Read more at the link above.

I look forward to welcoming you to these groups!
