Have you been seeking a face-to-face group for adults with ADHD (and one for their partners, too) in Silicon Valley or the San Francisco Bay Area? You’ve found it.
Welcome to the mailing list sign-up for the Silicon Valley chapter of CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). Look for the popup window for the form.
Silicon Valley Adult ADHD Support
For many years, I have organized ADHD-related events, discussion groups, and lectures in Palo Alto, California. I’ve done this as a volunteer for CHADD, serving as the coordinator for Silicon Valley CHADD.
Who am I? Please visit About Gina Pera
People travel from throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond to these free, drop-in, open-to-the-public meetings.
This is the best Adult ADHD group in the world! Are we exaggerating? Come see for yourself. New folks always welcome to our informal discussion.
As far as I know, mine is the only group for the partners of adults with ADHD.
If you’d like to be notified/reminded of meetings and events, please sign up on this page. E-mail is extremely minimal but important for last-minute changes (seldom happens but just to be on the safe side). It comes via Constant Contact.
Two Monthly Meetings in Palo Alto
There are two monthly meetings:
- Adults with ADHD (loved ones are welcome to attend and listen); Third Wednesdays, 7:30-9:30 pm
- Partners of Adults with ADHD (solely the partners of adults with ADHD but sometimes the “partners of” also have ADHD and they are welcome, too); Second Tuesdays, 7:30-9:30 pm
Private Online Group for the Partners of Adults with ADHD
ADHD Partner: This requires a different sign-up.
This is a groups.io format—based on e-mail exchange within the group. It is not a chat room. Rather, it is e-mail based, and you may use an anonymous e-mail address (advised) to protect privacy.
The group conversation conforms to your schedule. Send an e-mail and go about your business. Come back and read the responses.
Choose to receive individual e-mails or the daily and weekly digests—or read at the site. Search the archives for key topics.
I look forward to welcoming you to these groups!
