We hope to soon return to our pre-COVID face-to-face meetings here in Silicon Valley (Palo Alto). Until then, we are holding:
- Zoom meetings for the Adult ADHD group (click to join the notification list)
- Online group for the partners of Adults with ADHD (click to read more about this e-mail-based group at Groups.io)
Background:
For about 20 years, I have organized ADHD-related events, discussion groups, and lectures in Palo Alto, California. I’ve done this as a volunteer for CHADD, serving as the coordinator for Silicon Valley CHADD.
Who am I? Please visit About Gina Pera
Pre-COVID, people travelled from throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond to these free, drop-in, open-to-the-public meetings.
This is the best Adult ADHD group in the world! Are we exaggerating? Come see for yourself. New folks always welcome.
As far as I know, mine is the only group for the partners of adults with ADHD—and has been for 15 years.
If you’d like to be notified/reminded of meetings and events, please join the notification list (linked above). E-mail is extremely minimal but important for last-minute changes (seldom happens but just to be on the safe side). It comes via Constant Contact.
Partners of Adults with ADHD Online
Please note: The ADHD Partner group requires a different sign-up.
Online support group for the partners of adults with ADHD
This is hosted at the groups.io platform.
It is not a chat room. Rather, it is e-mail based, and I encourage using an anonymous e-mail address (advised) to protect privacy—yours and that of your ADHD partner.
The group conversation conforms to your schedule. Send an e-mail and go about your business. Come back and read the responses.
Choose to receive individual e-mails or the daily and weekly digests—or read at the site. Search the archives for key topics. Read more at the link above.
I look forward to welcoming you to these groups!
